In 2015 McCourt completed the construction of a new baseball grandstand and press box at Northeastern University’s Parsons Field. The project included the installation of a 500-seat grandstand, with an elevator serving the new press box. Other aspects of the work included cast-in-place foundations, new electrical, water, and sewer services, 50-foot-tall high-tension netting, new fencing, new paving, sidewalks and hardscape, and landscaping improvements.
McCourt worked closely with Dant Clayton (the grandstand supplier) to finalize the design before beginning construction. To accommodate the baseball season, this work occurred through the winter.
