Our workers’ compensation insurance provider was so impressed that they recognized McCourt with the President’s Award – a recognition only given to the top tier of its construction clients.
At McCourt, we are confident that all incidents are preventable through the development of an initiative-taking safety culture that encompasses proper training, deliberate planning, and tasking of work; implementation of safe work practices; prompt investigation of any incidents (including “near misses”); and a striving for continuous improvement.

As cold weather sets in, we annually gather our team to fine-tune our expertise and skills for the field and operations across our company. Led by McCourt's Safety Director, Scott Gorman, our Safety Manager, Josh Palen, and our Safety Department, they specially curate small, interactive training sessions of comprehensive activities and hands-on discussions to elevate and strengthen our team.
